SEPTEMBER 13, 2012 - CHAD & JOLENE | trash the dress, kamloops BC

When Jolene first mentioned to me that she was interested in doing a 'Trash the Dress' shoot, she noted that she wasn't very keen on "trashing" the dress.  She really just wanted some neat shots of her train floating on top of the water. However, once we'd started shooting, her adventurous spirit kicked in and she and her husband, Chad, got totally soaked.

We found this great inlet on the North Shore beach where there wasn't any current and the water was only a couple feet deep. It was magical and eerie all at the same time. The couple shots below are just a smidge of the shoot as we hit up a few dryer locations before hand.

After shooting in the water, I can now say I'm totally hooked. You can catch some really beautiful motion. Don't worry, there will be more of this shoot to come and hopefully future shoots as well, any takers??
