SEPTEMBER 9, 2011 - TRAVIS & CALENA | richmond, bc

Well, it's been exactly a month since my last post. I guess I've been getting a little bit lazy or I've been procrastinating from sitting at my computer when the weather is so nice outside. I hadn't looked at these photos until today (they were shot on August 20th--like I said, procrastinating) and I had some good laughs as I looked at all of the ridiculous images taken on the dance floor. I wasn't the photographer for this wedding either but Travis and his family are close friends of mine and my husband's so it was good to get my camera out and have some fun. Dave and I had an absolute blast at their wedding and I think the images do a good job or portraying why.

Their reception was at the UBC Boathouse in Richmond and boy, what a stunning wedding location. You were surrounded my walls of glass looking out onto the river and you could sit on the outdoor deck with the sea breeze wafting off the water, enjoying the amazing view with family and friends by your side.
